Online shopping is easy, fast, safe and of course 24 hours a day possible! First of all you can view all products without obligation. If you have selected a product, you can register once, or shop as a new customer. You can also enter your telephone number during a registration so that we can reach you quickly when necessary.

As a registered customer you have the advantage that you can order faster. All required data are then already stored thanks to your one-off registration. You can see in your account which orders you have placed in the past, the status of your current order and which products you have on your wish list. You can also adjust your delivery address here.

No, you can also order without an account in the Van Trier eStore.

You can choose between two options: 

a) "I am already a customer": order via your Van Trier account

b) "I am new here": ordering without account registration

After sending your order you can, of course, only enter a password on the thank-you page if you wish. With this you are immediately registered for your next order. Van Trier eStore complies with all applicable privacy regulations and your details will not be provided to third parties. What is an account?

In your account you can see which data we have stored in your system. For example your delivery address, which orders you have placed or what you have on your wish list. You can also adjust the details associated with your personal profile, such as your delivery address. To make the best use of the Van Trier eStore you must be registered for "My Account" and sign up. If you are not yet registered, you can do that here.

If you are already registered, you can simply log in with your e-mail address and your password. Click on the doll in the upper right-hand corner of the blue bar. After this you can enter your username and password, then you will enter your personal Van Trier account. Did you forget your password? Then you can also request a new password here.

Was my order successful?

Once we have received the order, we will send you an order confirmation at the specified e-mail address. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, please contact our customer service via info@jan-van-trier.com. We will gladly help you further. If the order leaves our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by e-mail.

If you do not receive an e-mail, we advise you to check your spam folder first. If you have not received an e-mail there, please contact our customer service via: info@jan-van-trier.com or via the contact form. We will gladly help you further. Please enter the delivery address that you entered during your order.

Tip: save the order confirmation at the end of the ordering process or print it out immediately.

Can i cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please send an e-mail as soon as possible: info@jan-van-trier.com. We will of course try to meet your request. We would like to ask you for your understanding that we will no longer be able to cancel your order after it has been transferred to one of our logistics partners.
